All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to USA or UK.

When will my order ship?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible.

 

Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours.

 

Please note that during periods of high volume:
it will take longer (sales, promotions, holidays, etc.). Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped the next business day.

 

If you need your order to go out the same day you place it:
Please place your order before 11:00 AM CT and choose one of our expedited services (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday) and we will do our best to get you your order on time.

Modifying Orders

In an effort to fulfill and ship orders as fast as possible, we are unable to modify orders after they have been placed. However, if you have changes or would like to cancel your order, please start a chat with our team and we will do the best we can to assist you.
